RESEARCH/ADVOCACY DONATIONS
The Mary E. Smith (M.O.M) Foundation, Inc./ Memories of Mary proudly donated $10,000 to the National Brain Tumor Institute (NBTI) of Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, IL towards research studies.
MESF donates to various nationally known organizations who are aligned with our mission to fund research and advocate for brain tumor/cancer patients. Since 2009, the foundation has given funds to the American Brain Tumor Association(ABTA) as well as the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS). We dedicate 10% of proceeds from our annual 5K/10K Fun Run/Walk to a deserving advocacy group.
MEDICAL SCREENING AWARD
In our efforts to SAVE-A-Life, MESF proudly supports patients by awarding a monetary gift to help offset the costs of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning services for brain tumors.
